  • Biannual property inspection with a written report and photos based on a personalized checklist.

Comfort Package - Extended Care and Security

Services included in the package:

  • Everything from the Essential Package, plus:
  • Periodic property inspections (four times a year) with a written report and photos.
  • Controlled ventilation of indoor spaces and basic interior maintenance (watering plants) once a month.
  • Emergency property checks in case of adverse weather conditions.
  • Property preparation before arrival – inspection of appliances and restocking of essentials.

Luxury Package - Complete Care and Premium Service

Services included in the package:

  • Everything from the Comfort Package, plus:
  • Regular monthly water and electricity meter readings to monitor consumption
  • Monthly property inspections with a detailed report and photographic documentation.
  • Coordination and supervision of all property maintenance services, including:
